Specialists by design
Each function is owned by someone who does exactly that — university-educated, fluent in business English, and trained on your business specifically.
About us
Back Office Bermuda was built by a local business owner who learned that lesson the hard way — and built the team he wished he could have hired.
Why we exist
A growing island business’s back office quietly demands six different disciplines: reception, invoicing and collections, inbox, CRM, lead response and scheduling. Most owners write all six into a single role — then wonder why something always slips.
It isn’t a people problem; it’s maths. No one person can specialize in six things at once, cover every holiday and sick day, and still be managed by an owner who has a business to run. The structure is the problem — so we changed the structure.
One person, six hats
Six specialists, one contact
How we work
Each function is owned by someone who does exactly that — university-educated, fluent in business English, and trained on your business specifically.
A single, named point of contact owns your account, knows your customers and standards, and visits Bermuda to see you in person.
The whole team works Bermuda business hours — real-time coverage, never an overnight hand-off, never a time-zone excuse.
Proven, then offered
Before we opened to a single outside client, this model ran the back offices of our founder’s own Bermuda companies — in energy, technology and property services. Real invoices, real customers, real deadlines.
We refined the systems until they were flawless, wrote down every process, and set the service levels we’d be held to. Only then did we offer it to other owners. You’re not our experiment — you’re the beneficiary of one.
Security and confidentiality
Confidentiality is one of the first questions owners ask us. Good. We work inside your own systems with controlled, least-privilege access — we keep no separate copies of your data, and access is revoked the day it isn’t needed.
Why we stay small
We deliberately cap our client list. A premium standard survives only when every account gets genuine attention — so we onboard a limited number of businesses, deeply, and say no when we’re not the right fit. If you value a partner who treats your back office as their reputation, we should talk.
